This release continues to strengthen Juiced Fuel’s business-to-business capabilities while improving day-to-day operational efficiency for franchises, fleet customers, and drivers. Key enhancements include Automatic ACH Payments for Invoice Billing to streamline collections and improve cash flow, expanded fleet management flexibility through multi-location vehicle support, configurable subscription plan messaging to better support local marketing, and improved business reporting for commercial accounts. The Customer and Driver Apps have also been enhanced to better support real-world fleet operations, giving both customers and drivers greater flexibility while simplifying dispatch and delivery workflows. Together, these enhancements further improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and the scalability of your franchise as your commercial customer base continues to grow.
Admin Panel
Automatic ACH Payments for Invoice Billing
Invoice Billing customers can now enroll in Automatic ACH Payments, allowing future invoice orders to be paid automatically through their authorized bank account once ACH enrollment has been completed. During order creation, customers (or admins creating orders on their behalf) can choose whether they would like to enable Automatic ACH payments for future invoice orders. The platform also provides ACH enrollment status visibility, allowing admins to quickly determine whether a customer is fully enrolled or if additional authorization is still required. This enhancement significantly reduces the administrative effort associated with Invoice Billing by automating future collections, reducing late payments, and improving cash flow. Customers enjoy a simpler payment experience while franchises spend less time following up on outstanding invoices and manual ACH processing.

Configurable Subscription Plan Highlights
Franchise admins can now customize the subscription plan bullet points displayed within the Customer App. Each territory can highlight the features and benefits that are most important to its local market, ensuring subscription plans are presented accurately and effectively.
This gives every franchise greater marketing flexibility while ensuring customers receive clear, territory specific information when choosing a subscription plan.
Be sure to review the new Settings option within Subscription Plans and update your plan highlights to best represent your offerings.

Fleet Vehicles at Multiple Locations
Fleet vehicles can now be assigned to multiple customer locations, providing much greater flexibility for businesses whose vehicles regularly operate from different sites.
This capability is supported across all fleet vehicle management workflows, including the Customer App, Admin Panel, and Fleet Vehicle Spreadsheet Upload.
Many commercial fleets don’t operate from a single location. This enhancement more accurately reflects real-world fleet operations, reduces administrative maintenance, and makes it easier to manage mobile workforces while ensuring vehicles are available wherever fuel delivery is needed.

Business Name Search & Reporting
Business Name has been added throughout the Admin Panel, including the Customer Users grid, Customers Report, Payments Report, and Subscriptions Report. Business
Name is also searchable, making it easy to locate Fleet and Organization customers by either their company name or primary contact.
This enhancement makes it much faster to find business customers, improves reporting clarity, and provides more meaningful operational and financial reports for franchises managing commercial / B2B accounts.

Improved Subscription Plan Information
Subscription plan information displayed in the Customer App is now fully configurable by your local franchise, allowing plan highlights to better reflect the services and benefits available in your territory.
Customers receive clearer, more relevant subscription information, making it easier to select the plan that best fits their fueling needs.
Driver App (version 1.0.12)
Add Existing Fleet Vehicles to Active Orders
Drivers can now add additional existing fleet vehicles to an active fleet delivery when those vehicles were not originally included on the order. This is the first phase of a two-part enhancement, with our next release allowing drivers to create entirely new fleet vehicles during the delivery process.
This provides drivers with greater flexibility in the field, allowing them to capture additional fueling opportunities without requiring the fleet order to be perfectly configured in advance. It helps franchises maximize revenue while reducing the need for follow-up administrative changes.

Improved Driver Order Assignment Workflow
The Driver App now provides a cleaner order assignment experience. Once a driver accepts an order, it is removed from other drivers’ available order lists. If the order is later declined, it becomes available again for other eligible drivers. Drivers who decline an order will no longer see it, while admins retain the ability to manually assign any order when needed.
This enhancement eliminates duplicate order acceptance, reduces driver confusion, and creates a smoother dispatch process while preserving administrative flexibility for exceptions.
