June 17, 2026 Platform Release: Organization Customer Type & Major System Enhancements

This release significantly expands Juiced Fuel’s business-to-business capabilities with the introduction of the new Organization Customer Type, opening the door to employers, schools, universities, hospitals, community associations, apartment communities, and virtually any organization that serves a group of people who park in the same location. This powerful new customer segment creates opportunities for highly efficient, recurring fuel delivery events that can generate substantially greater delivery density and profitability than traditional consumer deliveries. In addition to these new growth opportunities, this release includes numerous enhancements across scheduling, billing, pricing, reporting, and customer communications designed to improve operational efficiency and provide franchises with greater flexibility and control over their business.

Organization Customer Type Now Available

The Organization customer type is now fully available and ready for franchise use, opening an exciting new market segment beyond traditional consumer and fleet fueling.
Organizations such as employers, schools, universities, hospitals, apartment communities, homeowner associations, and other membership-based groups can now schedule fuel delivery days at one or more locations, providing a valuable convenience benefit to their employees, students, residents, or members.
Unlike fleet fueling, the organization is not paying for the fuel itself. Instead, the organization sponsors the delivery event, and participating individuals place their own fuel orders for delivery at the designated location and delivery date. Organizations can distribute a unique access code to their constituents, making it easy to coordinate participation and maximize utilization of each fuel delivery event.
Organizations can be managed using either standard subscription plans or custom pricing arrangements, providing franchises with maximum flexibility in how they position and sell the program. For example, smaller organizations may fit well within a standard Organization subscription plan and delivery fee structure, while larger employers, universities, hospitals, or associations may warrant custom pricing based on anticipated participation, delivery frequency, or strategic value. This allows each franchise to tailor its approach to its local market and business development strategy.
This new customer type creates a powerful growth opportunity for franchises by expanding Juiced Fuel into virtually any organization with a group of people who park in the same location. Organizations gain a highly visible employee or member benefit with minimal cost, while franchises gain access to concentrated, recurring delivery opportunities that can generate significantly higher delivery density and profitability than traditional individual consumer deliveries. By serving dozens of vehicles in a single location during a scheduled fuel day, franchises can increase operational efficiency, improve route economics, and unlock an entirely new channel for customer acquisition and recurring revenue growth.

Enhanced Custom Scheduling Visibility
We’ve enhanced custom scheduling to provide better visibility and coordination for
recurring customer deliveries. When a custom schedule is created for a customer and recurring orders are generated from that schedule, all future recurring deliveries will now automatically appear on the customer’s custom scheduling page as well as the territory calendar.
For recurring schedules, the system maintains approximately one month of future visibility by creating the original order plus the next three scheduled orders. As each order is completed, the system automatically generates the next occurrence in the series, ensuring that admins always have a forward looking view of upcoming deliveries without needing to manually create future orders.
This provides a complete view of upcoming deliveries in one place, making it easier to plan resources, coordinate service, avoid scheduling conflicts, and manage fleet or high-touch customer accounts with greater confidence and efficiency. The enhanced visibility also improves forecasting and operational planning by ensuring future scheduled work is always visible on both customer schedules and territory calendars.

Recurring Schedule Deletion Controls
When deleting an order that belongs to a recurring schedule, the system now prompts you to choose whether to delete only that individual order or the selected order and all future orders in the recurring series. This provides greater control and flexibility when managing recurring deliveries, making it easier to modify or discontinue recurring orders when customer needs change.

Expanded Custom Scheduling Flexibility for Closed Days
Custom Scheduling has been enhanced to provide even greater operational flexibility. In addition to allowing deliveries outside normal business hours, admins can now schedule custom deliveries on dates that are marked as closed on the service calendar.
This makes it easier to accommodate special customer requests, fleet fueling needs, after-hours service, emergency deliveries, and other exceptions without being restricted by standard operating schedules. The result is greater flexibility to win and service high-value accounts while maintaining full control over your delivery calendar.

Enhanced Payment Status Visibility
Payment Status is now displayed directly on the All Orders, Completed Orders, and Order History grids, allowing admins to quickly identify the payment status of orders without opening each one individually. We’ve also expanded support for payment statuses received from Stripe, including statuses such as Incomplete (commonly used while ACH bank account verification is in progress) and other applicable payment states beyond the previously displayed Unpaid, Pending, and Paid.
This provides faster financial oversight, reduces time spent researching payment issues, and gives franchises a more accurate real-time view of customer payment activity. The enhanced visibility helps your team quickly identify orders requiring attention and better manage collections and customer communications.

Universal Invoice & Receipt Access
Admins can now view, send, and manage both Invoices and Receipts for every completed order, regardless of the billing type used. Separate Invoice and Receipt actions are now available directly from the order grids, giving admins the flexibility to manually provide the appropriate document whenever unique customer situations arise.
Automatic emails will continue to be sent based on the standard workflow for each billing type, while admins now have the ability to override that process when exceptions occur.
Real-world billing scenarios don’t always follow the standard workflow.
Whether a COD payment was not collected at delivery, an Invoice Billing customer later requests a receipt after payment, or a credit card payment fails after fuel has already been delivered, admins now have the tools needed to handle these exceptions quickly and professionally. This enhancement improves customer service, reduces administrative workarounds, and provides greater control over billing communications.

Manual Payment Status Updates for Invoice Billing
Admins can now manually update Invoice Billing orders as Paid when payment has been received outside of the platform, such as by check, bank transfer, or other offline payment methods. This capability extends the existing functionality available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and ensures payment records can accurately reflect real-world collections.
This enhancement eliminates situations where legitimately paid invoices remain indefinitely marked as unpaid within the system. By allowing admins to manually reconcile offline payments, franchises gain more accurate financial reporting, cleaner customer account histories, and improved visibility into outstanding receivables.

Real-Time Fuel Pricing at Dispatch
To ensure consistent and accurate fuel pricing across all customer types, including Consumer and Fleet customers, fuel prices are now determined at the moment the driver marks the order as “On My Way.” This standardization applies to both standard fuel pricing and custom fleet pricing, ensuring customers are billed based on the most current fuel price available at the time service begins. Additionally, admins can now update fuel prices on orders that have not yet been paid, and drivers retain the ability to adjust fuel prices before submitting the final bill when exceptions are required.
This enhancement eliminates pricing inconsistencies caused by fuel price changes of all types between the time an order is placed and the time it is delivered. Franchises can confidently update fuel pricing as needed, knowing that customers will always receive current pricing at dispatch. The result is more accurate billing, reduced revenue leakage, greater operational consistency, and increased flexibility to handle unique customer situations when necessary.

Time-Limited Subscription Promotions
Promotions now include a new Subscription Discount Months setting, providing greater flexibility in how subscription discounts are applied. If this field is left blank, the subscription discount will continue indefinitely as a permanent benefit. If a number of months is specified, the discount will automatically expire after the selected number of billing cycles. Previously, subscription promotions could only be configured as either a one-time discount or a permanent recurring discount.
This enhancement gives franchises and corporate marketing teams much more control over promotional campaigns. You can now create compelling offers such as “50% Off for 3 Months,” “$10 Off for 6 Months,” or “Free Delivery for the First 12 Months,” helping drive customer acquisition and retention while automatically transitioning customers to standard pricing at the appropriate time.

Failed Payment Notifications
When an order payment or subscription payment fails, the system will now automatically send email notifications to both the customer and the Territory Admin. These notifications provide immediate visibility into payment issues so they can be addressed promptly before they impact future deliveries or subscription renewals.
This enhancement helps reduce missed payments, improves collection efforts, and minimizes the likelihood that payment issues go unnoticed. By proactively notifying both parties, franchises can resolve billing problems more quickly, maintain stronger customer relationships, and reduce revenue leakage caused by failed payment attempts.

Territory-Based Platform Email Reply Routing
All Juiced Fuel platform system notifications are now sent from this centralized platform email address: notifications@juicedfuel.com, to provide a consistent customer experience and strengthen brand recognition. At the same time, replies to those emails are automatically routed to the appropriate franchise support email address based on the customer’s territory using the franchise’s configured Support Email in the platform.
This enhancement delivers the best of both worlds: customers receive professional, branded communications from a single Juiced Fuel email identity, while franchise operators continue to receive and manage customer responses directly. The result is improved brand consistency, simplified email management, and faster customer support by ensuring inquiries are automatically routed to the team best equipped to assist.

Enhanced Orders Report
The Orders Report has been significantly expanded with additional data fields to provide a more comprehensive view of order activity across your territories. Previously the report had 13 columns of data and it now has 28 columns of data. The report serves as a centralized source for order information and can be easily exported to Excel for further analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and operational review.
By consolidating more order data into a single report, franchises can spend less time gathering information from multiple screens and more time making informed business decisions. The enhanced reporting supports deeper operational analysis, customer service reviews, financial reconciliation, performance tracking, and custom reporting needs, all while providing the flexibility to work with the data in Excel.

Organization Access & Enrollment for Fuel Day Participant
Customers can now add, update, or remove an Organization Access Code at any time through their Profile settings using the new Join Organization option in addition to at initial registration..
When a valid access code is added, the customer is automatically connected to their organization’s fuel delivery program. They can view upcoming organization fuel delivery dates and locations during the ordering process and choose to participate in those deliveries. Customers may also establish recurring orders aligned with their organization’s scheduled fuel delivery days.
Importantly, participation in an organization’s fuel program does not replace the customer’s existing subscription plan. A customer can remain on any consumer plan, such as Boost, VIP, Boats, or other applicable plans, and continue to receive fuel deliveries at their home, marina, or other personal locations. When participating in an organization’s scheduled fuel delivery event, the customer benefits from the organization’s program and is not charged a delivery fee for those deliveries.
This enhancement creates a simpler and faster registration experience for all customers while making organization participation more flexible and accessible. Users can join an organization whenever they are ready, and organizations benefit from an easier enrollment process that encourages greater participation in scheduled fuel delivery events. The result is a smoother customer experience and increased utilization of the Organization customer program.

Self-Service Organization Enrollment
Organizations can now enroll directly through the Customer App and begin offering fuel delivery benefits to their employees, members, students, residents, or other constituents.
During enrollment, organizations can immediately activate service using the platform’s standard pricing structure, allowing them to get started quickly without requiring assistance from Juiced Fuel or the franchise. This will allow for mass marketing to this segment.
For organizations with more specialized needs, franchise administrators retain the ability to customize pricing, delivery fees, subscription options, and service terms. This flexible approach allows smaller organizations to onboard instantly while giving larger organizations access to tailored pricing programs that align with their unique requirements. The result is a faster onboarding experience, greater flexibility, and expanded opportunities for franchises to grow their organizational customer base.

Organization Fuel Day Deliveries
The Driver App now supports Organization fuel delivery events, enabling franchises to efficiently fuel multiple customer vehicles at a single location during a scheduled delivery day. Before the delivery, organization members or employees place their own fuel orders tied to the organization’s scheduled event. The Driver App will display all participating vehicles associated with that delivery, along with the total number of participants, giving drivers visibility into the scope of the fueling event before arriving on site.
During the delivery, drivers will fuel each vehicle individually using a workflow very similar to the existing fleet fueling process, entering gallons and completing service on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis. Once the delivery is completed, the system automatically processes the billing for all participants. Each participating customer is charged for their fuel purchase, while the organization is charged any applicable delivery fees based on its subscription plan or custom pricing arrangement.
This enhancement enables franchises to efficiently service large groups of customers at a single location while maintaining accurate per-vehicle fueling records and automated billing.
By consolidating dozens of individual customer deliveries into a single stop, Organization fuel days can significantly improve route density, increase operational efficiency, reduce delivery costs, and create one of the most scalable and profitable delivery models available within the Juiced Fuel platform.
