Next 30 Days Development Roadmap Following the June 17 Release

1. Multi-Location Fleet Vehicles

Fleet vehicles can now be assigned to multiple approved service locations. This provides greater flexibility for businesses whose vehicles operate from different yards, job sites, offices, or customer locations and simplifies fleet management across multiple locations.

2. Add Vehicles to Existing Fleet Orders

Drivers and administrators will be able to add newly discovered fleet vehicles to an existing order during service. This eliminates the need for separate orders, manual billing adjustments, or workarounds when a customer needs an additional vehicle fueled during a scheduled visit.

3. Admin Controlled ACH Payment Processing

Following a customer’s initial ACH setup, franchise administrators will be able to process future ACH payments directly within the Juiced Fuel Platform. This reduces administrative effort, improves collections, and eliminates the need for customers to repeatedly complete ACH payment requests.

4. Customizable Subscription Plan Messaging

Franchises will gain the ability to customize the subscription plan highlights displayed within the Customer App. Today, most subscription plan descriptions are standardized and limited to ensure consistency and accuracy. This enhancement will allow administrators to manage the key bullet points presented to customers for each subscription plan directly within the Juiced Fuel Platform.

By providing territory-level control over subscription plan messaging, franchises will be able to better communicate the unique benefits of their plans, promote local pricing strategies, highlight special features, and improve customer conversion. Updates can be made without requiring application updates, allowing franchises to quickly adapt their messaging as their offerings evolve.

5. Multiple Fuel Types per Fleet Order

Fleet customers will be able to order multiple fuel types within a single order, with fuel type assigned at the vehicle level. This ensures accurate billing and receipts while reducing manual corrections. Driver workflows will also be enhanced to group vehicles by fuel type, helping prevent fueling mistakes and improving operational efficiency.

6. Multiple Vehicles per Consumer Order

Consumer customers will be able to include multiple vehicles in a single fuel delivery order, provided the vehicles are located at the same address. This creates a more convenient customer experience, reduces duplicate orders, and supports households with multiple vehicles requiring different fuel types.

7. Enhanced Subscription Refund Management

Administrators will gain the ability to refund any subscription payment directly within the Juiced Fuel Platform, regardless of the customer’s current subscription plan. This enhancement provides franchises with the same level of flexibility previously available through Stripe while keeping all payment management activities centralized within the platform.

8. Advanced Subscription Pricing Controls

Franchises will gain significantly more flexibility in how subscription plans are structured and priced. New controls will support vehicle-specific delivery fees, mandatory boat and dock delivery fees, per-gallon surcharges, and per-gallon discounts such as VIP fuel discounts. These improvements will provide greater pricing consistency, eliminate revenue leakage, and give franchises the tools needed to optimize profitability while supporting custom pricing programs and specialized delivery scenarios.

9. Improved Promo Code Experience

The promo code experience within the Customer App will be redesigned to make discounts easier to find, understand, and apply. Improvements will include better promo code placement throughout the ordering and subscription workflows, enhanced visual styling and color consistency, and clearer customer feedback when codes are applied.

In addition, customers will be able to enter valid promo codes in either the subscription or order workflow. If a code is intended for a different purpose (for example, a subscription promotion entered during an order), the platform will provide clear guidance directing the customer to the appropriate location rather than displaying a generic error message. These enhancements will reduce customer confusion, improve promotion redemption rates, and create a more seamless user experience.

10. DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) Support

The Juiced Fuel Platform will support DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) as an optional companion product for diesel fuel deliveries. DEF quantities will be tracked, billed, and reported separately while remaining tied to the associated diesel vehicle. This enhancement creates additional revenue opportunities and better serves commercial diesel fleet customers.
